Kendari, Humas – Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari meraih penghargaan Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI) atas rekor pantun moderasi beragama terbanyak melalui aplikasi TikTok. Piagam penghargaan dengan nomor rekor 11.142 diserahkan oleh Direktur Marketing MURI Awan Rahargo kepada Rektor IAIN Kendari Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag pada penutupan kegiatan Pengenalan Budaya Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (PBAK) di Pelataran Gedung Kuliah Terpadu, Senin (21/8/2023).
Direktur Marketing MURI Awan Rahargo mengungkapkan bahwa tahun lalu MURI pernah mencatat sebanyak 1200 konten. Menurutnya, IAIN Kendari mengusulkan target capaian sebanyak 3.000 unggahan pantun moderasi beragama melalui aplikasi tik tok, tetapi setelah diverifikasi oleh Tim MURI hingga pukul 16.30 WITA ternyata ditemukan ada 4.079 konten.
“Ini tentunya memenuhi kriteria MURI sebagai yang terbanyak di Indonesia, selamat kepada IAIN Kendari, ” ucapnya.
Lebih lanjut ia mengatakan bahwa pihak MURI akan terus memantau sebab bisa jadi jumlahnya akan bertambah tapi sementara total 4.079 konten pantun moderasi beragama telah memecahkan rekor MURI.
Rektor IAIN Kendari, Dr Husain Insawan mengatakan bahwa inisiasi pembuatan pantun moderasi beragama tersebut sejalan dengan visi manajerial IAIN Kendari yaitu unggul dalam moderasi dan visioner dalam pengembangan. Hal ini juga mendukung program kerja rektor yaitu moderasi transformasi, digitalisasi dan interasionalisasi.
“Pembuatan pantun moderasi dan diunggah ke aplikasi tik tok menjadi salah satu bentuk implementasi program yang telah dicanangkan,” ucapnya.
Melalui program ini, seluruh sivitas akademika IAIN Kendari diharapkan menjadi insan yang moderat, mampu mengajak masyarakat dalam memahami moderasi beragama dan semakin akrab dengan dunia digital khususnya media sosial sebagai platform utama yang sering diakses oleh masyarakat masa kini.
Perolehan rekor MURI dengan pantun terbanyak di aplikasi tik tok adalah rekor MURI kedua yang berhasil diraih. Sebelumnya IAIN Kendari pernah meraih penghargaan MURI senam tongkat terpanjang dengan peserta terbanyak pada PWN PTK XIII di Kota Kendari pada 2016 lalu.
