Kepala Perpustakaan IAIN Kendari Resmi Dilantik Sebagai Ketua FPPTI SULTRA
Kendari – Pelantikan pengurus Forum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia (FPPTI) wilayah Sulawesi Tenggara periode 2022-2025 telah digelar di Hotel Zahra, Kendari pada Senin (14/11/2022). Sebanyak 36 pengurus FPPTI Sultra dilantik langsung oleh Ibu Mariyah, S.Sos., M.Hum, Sekjen FPPTI Pusat dilakukan secara daring bersamaan dengan webinar peran strategis perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam membangun budaya literasi digital di Sulawesi Tenggara.
Ketua FPPTI Sultra, Bapak Tilman, S.Sos.,M.M mengatakan bahwa pihaknya siap membangun FPPTI bersama. Menurutnya konsisten, komitmen, dan networking yang didukung dengan komunikasi efektif merupakan kunci untuk menyukseskan visi misi FPPTI Sultra.
Untuk mewujudkannya, Bapak Tilman, S.Sos.,M.M juga menyebut diperlukan dukungan dari Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam hal ini Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan.
“Sebagai pengurus pertama, selesai dilantik ini kami akan menyusun program kerja tentunya yang bisa dirasakan manfaatnya bagi anggota dan masyarakat, kita merupakan orang terpilih, kita semua bersama, bergotong royong secara profesional,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Umum FPPTI Pusat, Mariyah mengingatkan agar semua pengurus FPPTI bersinergi dengan berbagai pihak memajukan FPPTI di Sultra maupun di Indonesia di tengah era disrupsi ini.
Apalagi FPPTI yang lahir di tahun 2000 telah memiliki badan hukum di tahun 2022 ini, maka dengan legalitas itu ia berharap FPPTI dapat meningkatkan pelayanan bagi anggota FPPTI maupun masyarakat sekitar di Sultra dan Indonesia pada umumnya dalam hal pengembangan literasi digital.
“Saat ini FPPTI mempunyai 26 cabang, Sultra yang ke-25, sebagai organisasi independen, kita tidak dapat berjalan sendiri, kita harus berjejaring, dan berkoneksi dengan berbagai pihak, seperti Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan di Sultra maupun asosiasi lain,” jelasnya.
